No. The website only features the merchandise we wholesale.

Is online ordering really secure?

What happens once I place an order online?
First, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was received, We will then process
your order and ship it to the address you specify.


How will my merchandise be shipped?
Via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by client.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped after the order is confirmed?
If items are in stock allow 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise specified by client.

How can I pay for my purchases?
Any major credit card-VISA, MasterCard or American Express- is accepted for online
transactions.


Will information about me ever be shared with outside parties?

What do I do if my order is shipped wrong or incomplete?

When will I know when my backorders are going to ship?
All articles will have a "quantity available" and a "quantity on purchase orders" with an
expected delivery date to our warehouse. Add about a week to 10 days for receiving,
picking, and packing.


Is there a minimum order amount?
No. But keep in mind that by consolidating your orders you will save on shipping and
handling charges.


Can I pay by check or COD?
No. For security reasons the system can only accept credit card purchases. We accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


How will I know if my discount level has been applied?
It will appear on your order confirmation and credit card receipt. They will be mailed to
you on the day we receive your order.
