New Customers to the Bellora Branded Line:

DESIGNERS (proof of license required) will receive a 25% discount.

CATALOG COMPANIES AND RETAILERS (resale number required and a physical store open to the public
as a retail store carrying reasonable inventory and generally recognized by the public as a retail store) will
receive a 50% discount until their cumulative annual net invoice amount exceeds $10,000.

• Once the amount of IHS invoices for Bellora brand merchandise at the discounted amount and
  adjusted by returns or other customer credits exceeds $10,000, the retailer will be entitled to a
  55% discount on future purchases and will receive a credit of $500 towards future purchases
  of Bellora branded merchandise from IHS in that calendar year.

• Once a retail customer's net sales volume exceeds $20,000 of Bellora branded merchandise,
  after discounts have been applied, etc., they will receive another $500 credit towards purchases
  of Bellora goods within that calendar year and they will be entitled to a 60% discount off the retail
  price list for future purchases.

Existing Customers to the Bellora Branded Line:

CATALOG COMPANIES AND RETAILERS who purchased more than $20,000 last year will receive a
60% discount.

• A rebate of $1,500 will be credited against future purchases to customers when they have been
  invoiced $50,000 net and they will receive the next higher level of discount on future shipments.

• Customers purchasing more than $50,000 last year or during the current year will receive a
  65% discount.

Existing Customer classification for discount off the Bellora 2000 Retail Price List:

• Designers: 25% discount
• "D" Customers purchasing less than $10,000 in 1999: 50% discount
• "C" Customers purchasing from $10,000 to $20,000 in 1999: %5% discount
• "B" Customers purchasing from $20,000 to $50,000 in 1999: 60% discount
• "A" Customers purchasing more than $50,000 in 1999: 65% discount

Existing customers will receive a credit, as described above, against future purchases when they move
to the next higher level of classification. Dollar amounts listed above are net after discounts, returns,
and other credits and exclusive of shipping charges or other similar charges. Volume Credits must be
used within the same calendar year the credit was issued.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods for the following reasons:
1. Wrong item was shipped.
2. Wrong quantities were shipped.
3. Item is soiled or defective.
4. Cancel date on PO had expired.
5. Item was discontinued.

All returns must be authorized by our office.

After you submit to us by E-Mail, Mail or Fax a return request, we will send you a return authorization.
Upon receipt of the return authorization you will send the merchandise bacK to the address specified
on the form. We will issue you a credit memo that will be applied to any open invoice or future purchases
or replacements.

All return shipping charges will be credited to your account.

We will not accept or give credit for any merchandise returned without proper authorization.
