The phased project consists of constructing a new story and 2 story addition to the existing Emergency Department, along with a 30,000 square foot renovation to the existing structure. Adjacent to the new addition will be a new 175 car parking structure, tying into the new walk-in entrance.

The project has been broken into 5 major phases, allowing the current Emergency Department to remain fully functional during the new renovation work.

Features include:
• Vertical expansion to house new OB and Medical/Surgical Suites
• Major 6 story expansion for support tower, new Emergency Room entrance, Operating Rooms, Materials Handling and Administration
• New 6 story clinical tower for Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical Suites
• Building 3 new parking garages (950 cars) to accommodate expansion
