Dyax Corporation, a biotechnology company that
develops therapeutics, imaging and separations
technology for the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industries, leased three floors of
the new 175,000 square foot building at 300
Technology Square in Cambridge, MA.
The 8th floor, consisting of office space, had to
be completed four months prior to the completion
of the two floors below. The 6th and 7th floors
consist of 40% office space and 60% laboratory
space. Construction required extensive
coordination of MEP trades, lab benches, cold
rooms, a Rodi and acid neutralization system,
fume hoods and compressed air and vacuum
systems.
The facility now serves as Dyax’s corporate
headquarters and research facility. |
