The project required interior gut and the conversion of an existing, circa 1960’s, office/warehouse facility into a state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital. Upon completion the facility was the largest of its type in the country.

Included are; 20 exam rooms, 5 surgical suites, 2 radiology suites, general isolation and ICU wards for 200 patients, MRI, endoscopy, ultrasonography, nuclear medicine, oncology, dental surgery, clinical laboratories, pharmacy and physical therapy.
