The award winning Law School building, designed by Tsoi/Kobus & Associates, takes Suffolk Law School into the next century. Located on Tremont Street facing the historical
Granary Burial Ground, the building features a granite and limestone facade rising above an underground parking garage. The building is topped by an elegant skylight and clerestory which brings brilliant lighting to a multi–story Great Hall/Atrium which is surrounded by campus program space.
The seven–story, 300,000 SF building contains a multi–level library and (3) court rooms complete with cutting edge technology audio/visual, telecommunications and computer systems. The access to legal cites and case studies will be instantaneous and world wide. Courtrooms have a jury box, judge podium and simulated audience seating.
Retail space, including a Suffolk University Bookstore is on the first floor. Student activities, dining/kitchen area and administration offices will fill the remainder of the building.
