The project consists of an approximately 220,000 GSF, masonry and curtain wall building. The project includes biology and chemistry teaching labs, classrooms, administrative offices, conference and support spaces, a vivarium, a greenhouse and an atrium connecting the new complex to the adjacent Center for Science and Technology. The project also includes an above ground 250- 300 car parking structure to be constructed adjacent to the new complex. The work will include all architectural, mechanical, electrical, utilities and site work components.
