TolerRx, a biopharmaceutical company that develops
immuno-logical therapies for the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industries, leased one floor at the 300
Technology Square building in Cambridge, MA. The facility
operates as TolerRx’s corporate headquarters and research
facility.
The project was fast tracked over 16 weeks. The end date
completion required some of the early MEP systems to start
under a design support effort. The finished space consists of
40% office and 60% laboratory space. Construction included
extensive lab benches, cold rooms, a Rodi and acid neutrali-zation
system, fume hoods and compressed air and vacuum systems. |
