Each morning as we open the doors an air of pride and expertise settles in. We wake up with smiles, ready to serve you. Our Catering Department, in at 5:30 AM, is ready for your every request. The orders are staged and ready to go. Our gift baskets are airborne to different parts of the country or ready for local office delivery.

The smell of coffee permeates the air. Eyes will open wide as bountiful food displays and activity swirls. The place is... Circa-NY.

Fresh juice is being squeezed... Eggs are cracking... Country style oatmeal is prepared and the aroma of our homemade muffins fills the air. Our day's work begins as our bakers are just going home after a long over night shift. Fresh juices, teas and coffees are being readied for the crowds of regular clients.

The activity really increases at 10:30 AM as we begin the daily display of over 300 different luncheon items, What a selection! Each item is ready to be served and displayed with our Chefs decorative expertise. Fresh herbs, fresh vegetables, fresh fish, pizza and panini's are displayed along with our enormous selection sandwiches, wraps, homemade quiches and salads. We feature six hearty homemade soups daily and we are especially proud of our salad section where you can select all your favorite ingredients as we toss them together right before your eyes with any of our ten sumptuous dressings six which are low-fat. Each day our chef prepares three fresh pastas made at our location and turns them into an Epicurean delight. Our fresh made pasta is available to take home and comes with a recipe suggestion. Watch for our creative daily entrees. A tradition of stuffed potatoes are on display.

Dinner begins at 5:30 PM when Circa-NY is transformed into an elegant dining experience. Internationally renowned Chef Serge Gorge and his team of culinary experts present to you their latest creations including our selection of fish, pasta and salads bringing your eating experience to a new level of quality and design and service. Our well trained servers will professionally take your order and present your meal with pride and an elegant Old World service standard. All can be picked-up to go, or you can sit at any of our dining room seats.
