What happens once I place an order online?
We will e-mail you within 24 hours to confirm we received your order and confirm shipping status.
Most orders shipped Monday through Friday will be shipped within two business days to the address
you specify.

Furniture items that require special handling will be processed within two business days. Please note
that most furniture orders are made to order and take 8-12 weeks to deliver.

How will my merchandise be shipped?
Most items will ship UPS ground. Furniture and oversized items will be shipped using "white-glove"
delivery services. Since delivery of each piece is specific to your requirements, we will confirm
shipping details within 48 hours.

How can I pay for my purchases?
Any major credit card – VISA, MasterCard or American Express – is accepted for online transactions.
