CLUB MEMBERSHIP
 
1. What is Your Home International?
  Your Home International, Corp. is a private membership club with luxurious studio and one bedroom apartments located in urban settings worldwide. It also features various luxury amenities and services designed to provide convenient, hassle-free visits. The apartments are located in ideal location in 50 major cities worldwide such as London, Paris, Tokyo, and New York.
 
2. Why become a member?
  Because we are the leaders in our industry! We offer the most locations, best services and apartments and all at the most competitive prices. Over time you will have saved over 50% over the rising prices of hotels and still have lived more comfortably than in a hotel.
 
JOINING US
   
1. I love the concept, how do I get more information about joining?
  You can call or contact us directly via email or phone. Or you can fill out the questionnaire on the website and we will contact you via email or one of our account executives will contact you directly if you like.
 
2. Can a company or corporation purchase a membership?
  Yes. A membership can be held in a corporate name. The membership designates
an individual who is responsible for requesting lodging reservations in accordance
with the Club’s Rules and Regulations. YHIC also offers an option of customized
memberships designed to suite the needs of corporations.
 
3. Can more than one family or individual own a single membership?
  Yes. Families or Individuals may form a partnership or other legal entity which can own a single membership. It will be up to the joint owners to allocate Club lodging for that membership compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Club.
   
4. What forms of payment are acceptable?
  We accept company checks, major credit cards, PayPal, and we offer financing alternatives.
 
CLUB RESIDENCE USAGE
   
1. Can members reserve more than one club residence during the same period?
  Yes. Because members are not restricted to a particular residence, they can
reserve more than one residence at any given time. It is possible that a member
could have as many as four residences reserved for the same time period.
   
2. Do members have guest privileges?
  Yes. Guests may stay at the Club as long as the member submits prior written
notice to the Club and the guest is approved by the Club. This allows corporate
owners to provide employees, associates or clients with Club lodging. It also
allows members to send friends and relatives.
   
3. Will members always stay in the same apartment?
  No. To provide greater flexibility and availability, members have equal access to all Club residences. Members may request a specific residence and this request will be granted, when possible.
 
4. What will YHIC do if I have last-minute travel plans and need accommodations?
  We will do the best efforts to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee a reservation if we don’t have 30 days, but most of the time we will be able to accommodate your request, simply since we have access to many properties worldwide.
 
5. What if I am traveling with my family or a large group, do you have larger units available?
Are they kid friendly?
  We have a large selection of resort locations around the world and we can probably help you with any lodging request.
   
6. What happens if I want to stay longer than my membership provides?
  No Problem! If the apartment is not booked you will be charged our fee per each additional night you stay (each apartment varies in price). You can also book ahead if you already know that you will be overstaying your membership benefit days.
   
7. What happens if I don’t cancel a reservation? What is the cancellation policy?
  If the reservation is not cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled date, a member will be charged a fee of $300.
   
8. What happens to my membership if I die before the 25 years are over?
  In case of death or over 80% disability, the membership can be transferred or sold to a friend or a family member. Processing fee of 1% will apply.
   
9. How far in advance do I have to book a room?
  You can make your reservation as far as 12 months in advance and up to the day before departure. However, we recommend 60 days advanced notice to help secure your first choice.
 
DESTINATIONS & RESIDENCES
   
1. How many destinations are currently available for members to use?
  Currently we have over 50 destinations worldwide!
   
2. Will Your Home International keep expanding?
  Yes, Your Home International will continue working to provide you with the more options for locations and high quality services.
   
3. What is the average size of the apartments?
  Most properties held by YHIC are spacious 1 bedroom and studio apartments.
   
4. Where are the residences located within each destination?
  Most of our residences are in central locations, so you can enjoy everything the city has to offer.
 
SERVICES AND AMENITIES
   
1. If I have kids, what programs do you offer for them?
  We can try to arrange a day-care or baby sitter services for members traveling with their children for additional fee.
   
2. The membership sounds great, but what if after a few years I want to transfer it to one of my children?
  Transferring the membership is easy. The Individual Membership must be allocated to and utilized by one individual, whose application will be subject to the standard procedure for membership application and terms and conditions of the Club. Members shall pay the Club a transfer fee of 1% of the initial membership fee and any other fees requested for the transfer of membership privileges.
   
3. What if I am in Asia or Europe, and I need assistance with services, whom can I reach? Is there a customer service number?
  We have hosts that are responsible for all your personal services who are available 24 hours.
   
4. What is your pet policy?
  We love them but we cannot have them.
   
5. Is there a quantity discount program?
  Yes. We offer custom tailored programs for a purchase of large quantities of memberships.
   
6. What services are you able to provide for my stay?
