YHIC offers a special membership to apartment owners around the globe. If you place your apartment into our system for use as inventory, the apartment owner will receive one Silver Membership. In addition, the apartment owner will receive a rental income based on the usage of the unit.

Owner Terms:
• Enrollment is for a two year minimum, five years maximum.
• After two years, 6 months advance notice for cancellation is required.
• Owner apartments must be furnished and maintained to YHIC luxury standards.
• All apartments and apartment locations are subject to YHIC approval.
