Policies:
Equipment and Furniture:
All members are responsible for all Art, Records, Furniture, Stereo Equipment or other amenities provided by the club. The club owns stereo equipment and an extensive collection of Art for each apartment, which shall be left undisturbed. The member is liable for damage, theft or other loss.
The member shall incur charges for any item that is stolen, damaged or otherwise lost. The member shall be liable for the replacement costs as new for any damage, loss or theft to the stereo equipment, television, appliances and fixtures.
Departure cleaning charge is $35.
Reservation:
All reservations need to be processed via email with exact date, city and arrival time. The CLUB will make every effort to accommodate members subject to availability with a two (2) week email advance required reservation for use of facilities. If the premises are unavailable, YHI will be responsible to find other accommodations.
